About Tapestry Asheville

The PHP and IOP at Tapestry include group therapy, individual therapy and case management. The components of treatment include processing groups, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), equine therapy, art therapy, recreation therapy, life skills, nutrition counseling, body image counseling and trauma-focused therapy. Their IOP is offered in both 5-day-a-week and 3-day-a-week programs.
