The 21-day program focuses on inpatient intervention and is specifically designed for those who need to return to work after a 3 week period. Step Away Wellness Centre allows clients who have completed the inpatient program the opportunity to receive affordable, high-quality outpatient treatment. The outpatient program runs for 6 weeks and consists of individual therapy once a week. Both programs utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and include individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention.
