About Spero Behavioral Health
This mental health outpatient treatment center values providing their clients with a safe, supportive and nurturing environment as they heal. The team of professionals offer evidence-based therapies in their individual therapy and group therapy. They also use art and music therapy, along with many other experiential therapies. The purpose of the therapies are to help individuals explore their emotions, overcome challenges and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Each client receives a personalized treatment plan, because everybody’s journey to recovery is unique. Along with various therapies, clients engage in wellness activities throughout the day including yoga, mindfulness and nature therapy. Clients can also expect to receive peer support, as they will participate in group therapy which can offer a chance to relate to others who are experiencing something similar.
They offer both partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient programs, where clients can access psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, social workers, nurses and more. In addition to their outpatient programs, they offer robust aftercare plans that ensures that clients receive necessary tools and resources for recovery.
