The team at Solice helped me to focus on basic things in sobriety, sleep, eating properly and the importance of physical training and the social aspect of finding my tribe. For me getting sober was never a problem, it was staying sober that was difficult and at Solice I was taught that I didn't have to become a 12 step queen, if I got the basics right I could do it my way. Gretar inspired me by leading by example, he had something that I wanted; a fulfilling, happy and fun sober life and Palli taught me about codependency and how I had become stuck in my old patterns, the importance of making the right decision for me and sticking to it. I don't get it right every day, and that's OK but I'm finding my way sober, and most of all I'm happy and stronger in mind and body and look forward to the future.

I walked into Solice and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff are constantly making sure you're looked after, they mainly focus on 1 to 1 individual sessions I received at least 3 a day for my first 4 weeks. facilities will keep you occupied in your free time from swimming to gym, bike riding, ice bath. And many indoor facilities. It's an amazing place to really focus on your recovery.

Solice allowed me to gain my recovery whilst being treated like an adult with regular access to outside world, I was not kept away from inside a bubble which I then had the overwhelming feeling impact me when I left treatment. The family mentally made me feel as though I was part of a family and I belonged.

This place is amazing and saved my life! Greta and the team were fantastic. Solice is beautiful and I felt like I was staying in a luxury hotel, the bedrooms are beautiful. Every one was so friendly and welcoming, I didn’t want to leave. The concept of this place is wonderful! Whilst there I was taken to Gibraltar for the day and shopping. I also spent time with the other residents at the lake.
The food was lovely too with unlimited coffee, tea and cold drinks.

I would highly recommend this place to any one struggling with addiction. It helped me and changed my life ❤️
