The facility provides Virginia Association of Recovery Residences (VARR) and Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) certified sober living for men and women ages 18+ across Henrico and the Metro Richmond area. As part of the larger Journey House Recovery Center network, this home offers structured, drug- and alcohol-free housing that connects clients leaving treatment with a broader system of integrated recovery care, community support, and purposeful guidance toward independent living.
Daily Routines Building Independent Lives
Residents engage in Level 2 monitored or Level 3 supervised recovery housing, where peer support, accountability, and structured routines foster growth and stability. The residence offers shared or private bedrooms, a full kitchen, common areas, Wi-Fi, utilities, and regular testing. Residents also participate in storytelling, life-skills development, case management, employment support, and connection to mentors, guiding them toward independent sober living.
