Elevate Recovery
About Elevate Recovery
A structured 12-Step sober living residence helps women recovering from substance use disorders (SUD) maintain daily routines through accountability and peer support. At Elevate Recovery, the Women's Sober Living program in Kokomo includes live-in staff, licensed professionals, peer coaching, individualized recovery planning, meals, and regular drug and alcohol testing. Residents can continue working, attending school, or receiving outpatient treatment while living in the residence.
Recovery Routines and Expectations
Daily routines include curfews, wake-up times, daily chores, and weekly house meetings. Individualized recovery plans identify personal strengths, establish short- and long-term goals, and include relapse prevention strategies, with progress reviewed during individual meetings. Families receive weekly progress updates, while women transitioning from residential treatment can receive assistance connecting with Elevate Recovery's day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), outpatient services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when additional clinical support is needed.
