A 3-Phase Sober Living Program

Canyon Recovery Services uses a 3-phase sober living model guiding men from early recovery toward independent living:

• Foundation: Residents follow structured schedules that include 12-Step recovery meetings, household responsibilities, drug and alcohol testing, and peer accountability while rebuilding daily stability and learning to manage common triggers.
• Build: Men in recovery work with mentors and peers to address unresolved trauma, identify stressors, and practice healthier responses through consistent routines and daily accountability.
• Launch: Residents prepare for independent sober living by building recovery networks, rebuilding financial security, finding a stable job or housing, and mentoring newer residents entering the program.
