Sharp treats clients 6+. For young adults 18-26, they provide transitional age programming to help adolescents adjust to stress and develop healthy routines in this new part of life. For adults 60+, their geriatric care addresses dementia and other aging-related complications that can affect mental health and substance use.
Day treatment and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment are offered at Sharp for patients who do not require 24-hour supervision or are stepping down from inpatient care. Their continuing care program lasts for a lifetime at no cost to the patient. In this program, clients learn to solve the issues that come along with transitioning back to home, work and community in weekly support groups.
