The 3-phased program begins with detox and goes on to include a year of residential treatment, 12-Step meetings, and group counseling. Outpatient treatment is offered to help clients transition back into their home environment. In addition to conventional methods, Seabrook also incorporates a variety of holistic therapies such as massage, acupressure, EMDR, acupuncture, and brain spotting. Seabrook’s wellness programs include drum circles, yoga practice, and mindfulness meditation. They also teach clients how to manage stress and stick to healthy sleep cycles.

The campus boasts of comfortable accommodations with numerous recreational activities. A large fitness center is available for clients to enjoy along with a yoga and meditation room.
