The Women’s Program provides a comprehensive 12-Step treatment approach. Their approach also utilizes a variety of holistic and traditional methods to target many areas of life that do not coincide with the path to wellness. Treatment methods can include CBT, DBT, art therapy, trauma-specific therapy, outdoor therapy, and family therapy. Safety Harbor provides a comprehensive aftercare plan that includes ongoing therapy sessions, support group participation, and vocational training or educational assistance. In addition, a major component of their treatment program focuses on discovering or rebuilding a sense of spirituality. They provide nondenominational guidance and encourage clients to connect with a higher power for peace and strength.
