The best way to manage your provider profile is by claiming it. It’s an easy, free way to better promote your center to those in need.

Why should I claim my profile?

Claimed profiles show up as “claimed” on on your provider profile. This communicates trust to patients who are searching for treatment providers, and lets them know your information and services are current.

When you claim your profile, patients will be able to message your admissions team directly. You’ll be able to easily update your key information and we’ll know who to contact if we have questions about your center.

Additionally, claimed profiles rank higher than unclaimed profiles. That’s because patients tend to engage more with profiles that carry the claimed badge.

What does a claimed profile look like?

A claimed icon will show up on your profile page, next to your center name at the top of the page. Your profile page is a specific page featuring your center’s details, the services you provide, and other information relevant to someone seeking treatment. Patients can find additional, helpful information such as price, accreditation, conditions treated, therapies, and more.

A preview card is the rectangle of brief information about your services that gets displayed on a results page. The standard listing card has a thumbnail image, your center’s name, location, a short description, specializations, and price.
