About Riverside Recovery Center Spokane
Set about 2 miles west of the Spokane River and north of downtown, Riverside Recovery Center helps people who are struggling with drug or alcohol addiction. They offer outpatient care and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) that use evidence-based therapies to reduce cravings and build healthy habits. Treatment may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group counseling, relapse prevention, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with Suboxone. Gender-specific groups provide a safe, supportive space for recovery.
Two key parts of Riverside’s program are family involvement and legal support. The team works with loved ones to rebuild relationships and create a strong foundation for long-term recovery. They also assist clients with court-related needs, including DUI assessments and treatment plans. Riverside meets Washington State guidelines for deferred prosecution, giving some clients a chance to enter treatment instead of serving jail time.
For clients who need more structured care, Riverside partners with Riverside-Milam Recovery Centers in Kirkland to help connect them to inpatient treatment.
