River City Recovery helps men and women who are working to overcome drug or alcohol addiction. Located near Portage, their 3 recovery residences are separated by gender and house 6-10 people each. As the first sober living homes in Columbia County, Wisconsin, they offer a safe and supportive place for people in early recovery. Their program focuses on shared living and strong community support to help residents build lasting sobriety.

Their approach blends evidence-based care with a holistic mindset. Residents are encouraged to attend 12-step meetings, build life skills, and take part in group activities that support mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. By combining structure with compassion, River City Recovery helps people rebuild their lives step by step.

Residents live in shared homes with others on the same journey. Their three homes include private or shared bedrooms and common areas, with access to both indoor comforts and outdoor spaces.
