Insurance

Provider's Policy

Titan Recovery accepts a variety of insurance plans to help cover the cost of treatment. Their admissions team can verify your insurance coverage and discuss financial options during the initial assessment process.

Titan Recovery Center is located in Hollywood’s NoHo Arts District and offers medically supervised detox and residential treatment for adults struggling with drug or alcohol addiction. They treat addictions involving alcohol, opioids, fentanyl, benzodiazepines (like Xanax), prescription painkillers, methamphetamine, cocaine, and multiple substances at once.

Treatment starts with a medical evaluation to review the client’s health, substance use history, medications, and withdrawal symptoms. Staff use standard withdrawal assessment tools like CIWA-Ar for alcohol withdrawal and COWS for opioid withdrawal to monitor safety and comfort during detox.

Detox typically lasts between 5–14 days, depending on the substance used, how severe the withdrawal symptoms are, how long the person has been using, and any medical or mental health needs.

Medical Detox and Medication Support

During detox at Titan Recovery Center, staff monitor withdrawal symptoms around the clock and adjust care based on clinical response. Medication may include suboxone or subutex for opioid withdrawal, vivitrol or naltrexone for relapse prevention, librium or valium tapers for alcohol or benzodiazepine withdrawal, and clonidine for opioid-related sweating, anxiety, blood pressure changes, and stomach distress. Other medications may include gabapentin, seroquel, trazodone, hydroxyzine, thiamine, zofran, IV fluids, or electrolytes when clinically needed.

Residential Treatment and Discharge Planning

After detox, clients can enter residential treatment at Titan Recovery Center for 30-90 days, with extended care based on progress and recovery goals. Daily treatment may include individual therapy, group therapy, trauma therapy, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, relapse-prevention work, yoga, meditation, and structured downtime. Treatment focuses on identifying triggers, managing cravings, addressing trauma and mental health symptoms, practicing coping skills, and building a plan for sobriety after discharge.
