The 90-day retreat takes place in the opulent Azuridge Estate in a private section of the hotel away from other hotel guests. The ultra-private and ultra-luxurious Azuridge Estate Hotel is tucked away in the scenic, gently sloping foothills of Alberta, just 20 minutes from Calgary. 13 superior suites with floor to ceiling windows frame stunning vistas views of the sprawling countryside. The remote and tranquil setting was purposefully chosen to aid in the healing process.

A Holistic Program

The Canadian Psychologists Network has designed their program to effortlessly blend a combination of individual counseling with targeted nutrition and experiential therapies. Private, one-on-one counseling sessions occur along with personalized fitness programs, nutritious gourmet meals, massage, Reiki, and yoga. Guests will also have a choice of extra curricular activities such as trail hikes, cooking lessons with Azuridge's Master Chef Yoshi Chubachi, kombucha making, horseback riding, snowshoeing, and daily meditation.
