About Terra Behavioral Health - Bella Vista
Terra Bella Vista invites clients to experience real progress in a clinician-led, evidence-based residential program. Every aspect of treatment is guided by a simple belief: recovery is a long-term health journey, not a single event. They look at how substance use, co-occurring disorders, relationships, biology, and environment interact, and design treatment for the whole person within those systems. Live-in care includes medical detox, intensive daily therapy, and 24/7 support.
Restore Balance Through Connection
Terra’s approach focuses on helping individuals understand how they relate to others and themselves, how those patterns formed, and how to create healthier, more stable ways of connecting in the real world. Days are structured and balanced, weaving together:
- Proven psychotherapies
- Psychiatric and medical care
- Family and support-system involvement
- Skill-building
- Nervous system regulation and daily grounding practices
- Long-term recovery planning
Heal in Quiet Luxury
Perched among rolling hills with horses grazing in nearby pastures, Terra’s 6,000-square-foot estate remains within easy reach for out-of-state clients. Six clients at a time stay in private or shared rooms, most with ensuite bathrooms. A private chef prepares all meals, gathering everyone for lunch and dinner. Clients enjoy a viewing deck with stadium seating for watching sunrises and sunsets, a gazebo for group sessions, a pool, Jacuzzi, gym, volleyball court, and a garden where they nurture a plant throughout their stay.
Continue Support Beyond Residential Care
Terra approaches substance use recovery as an ongoing process of care and growth, supported by accountability and compassionate follow-up over time. Discharge planning begins early, with a focus on continuity of care and strong aftercare support. They collaborate closely with ongoing providers, respecting any existing relationships and communicating clearly to ensure aligned care. They also continue progress check-ins and alumni support to help care carry forward.
