Springboard Recovery offers holistic treatment services to adult men and women with addiction and dual diagnosis mental health conditions. Springboard Recovery provides both residential and outpatient programs. The outpatient program features intensive day programs with the option of residing in their sober living home. The sober living program allows more freedom than the residential setting and is ideal for clients who have a full-time job, school, or are volunteering. Clients in the sober living home are required to have a strong foothold within the 12-Step community by attending daily AA or NA meetings and obtaining a sponsor. A typical day includes daily morning meditations followed by chores. Clients work with the house manager on setting personal goals and accountability. Clients attend weekly progress meetings and individual counseling. Springboard Recovery uses a holistic approach to sobriety through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, nutrition, equine therapy, and physical fitness. They provide life coaches, case managers, fitness instructors, and psychiatrists.

The sober living residence is a beautiful two-story home with an array of upscale amenities and comfortable, spacious living space. The bedrooms are semi-private with men and women living on separate sides of the home. There is a large swimming pool, an outdoor grill, and a private yoga room. Clients have regular workout sessions at the local gym along with recreational and social outings. They can also have their cell phones and use their own cars. Springboard Recovery is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance.
