Recovering Hope Treatment Center

Recovering Hope’s Women’s Residential Substance Use Treatment program is located on a 47-acre campus in Mora, Minnesota. It offers a safe and supportive environment where adult women, including pregnant women and those with young children, can receive care for substance use and mental health disorders. The facility features a modern 108-bed residential building.

Comprehensive, Multi-Level Care

The residential program offers two levels of care: a high intensity level (ASAM 3.5) which involves a minimum of 30 hours of treatment programming per week, and a medium intensity level (ASAM 3.1) which involves around 20 hours per week and focuses on gradual reintegration back into everyday life. In addition to substance use disorder treatment, the program integrates mental health services including diagnostic assessments within 10 days of admission, and access to therapies such as eye movement therapy (EMDR). A key feature is the licensed onsite daycare that allows children up to age 5 to stay with their mothers during treatment, allowing for a family-oriented recovery process.

Transition Toward Independence and Stability

The program emphasizes individualized treatment planning, including individual and group therapy, psychoeducational groups, relapse prevention, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), creative arts, and a full discharge and aftercare plan. The typical stay length averages about 45 to 77 days, but depends on each client's needs. The admission process includes a medical evaluation and the facility provides complimentary transportation for prospective clients.
