Individualized treatment combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) using the Matrix Model with 12-Step facilitation, family therapy, group therapy, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention strategies. The Legacy of Life track helps mature women with the unique challenges that can arise when seeking recovery later in life. La Vista Recovery and Wholeness Center also offers outpatient treatment for women who are unable to attend residential treatment due to family and professional responsibilities. MFI offers continuing outpatient care to help clients achieve long-term recovery.
