About MARR Atlanta Men's Recovery
This treatment center in Atlanta is a company that provides addiction recovery services for men and women, while also specializing in a program for professionals. This particular center works with men and provides residential, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and aftercare. Their residential program has three phases. The first phase is called feelings school, which is six weeks of psychiatric evaluation, medical monitoring and therapeutic community immersion. This phase of the program includes 30 hours a week of clinical work, whether it be group counseling or psychoeducation. The second phase is the skills application phase. This phase is eight weeks long and includes relapse prevention counseling, family and individual counseling. Clients begin to apply their sober living coping skills as they job search or mentor others. The third phase of sober living lasts at least twelve weeks. The men learn to live independently, join a spiritual life group and maintain individual counseling.
Outpatient Programs
Their outpatient programs last anywhere from 4-8 weeks and include individual counseling, group counseling and family counseling. MARR offers an extensive range of group therapy topics like anger management, relapse prevention, health education, disordered eating, life skills and distress management, shame resilience, body acceptance, self-compassion and mindfulness. Marr’s therapeutic community extends to their aftercare program, which includes alumni events throughout the year that are intended to help the men feel less alone as they go through life.

Buprenorphine
Note: Treatment centers offer different forms of MAT—such as oral tablets, dissolvable films, or monthly injections—and their policies can vary based on state regulations, provider preferences, and insurance coverage. Because of these differences, it's best to contact the center directly to learn what options are available and what might be right for your situation.
