Follow a Clinically Guided Stay
From alcohol, opioids, cocaine, and stimulants to fentanyl and prescription drugs, Maplewood treats substance use disorders alongside conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. They offer two clinical phases: stabilization typically lasts several days to one week, while residential treatment generally lasts 10 to 20 days. Overall stays range from 28 to 90 days based on clinical needs and progress.
Experience Structure Throughout the Day
A typical day combines clinical sessions, meals, medication management, recreation, and community time. Residents begin with morning medications, breakfast, and staff check-ins, followed by therapy and clinical groups. Between scheduled activities, they can spend time in private or shared rooms, cozy lounges, or recreation areas with ping-pong and billiards. Afternoons include rest and recreational activities, while evenings feature dinner, check-out groups, community time, medications, and final check-ins before lights out.
