The program includes 24/7 medical supervision and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients as they navigate withdrawal symptoms and manage co-occurring health issues.
The treatment approach at N.O.R.A. House is trauma-informed and dual-diagnosis, addressing both addiction and any underlying mental health conditions such as PTSD, depression, or anxiety. The program incorporates evidence-based therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), along with holistic methods such as yoga and art therapy.
