Grow Stronger in Mind and Spirit

Clients also engage in life skills training, mindfulness, yoga, and trauma support through the men’s trauma, recovery and empowerment model (M-TREM). This approach helps residents manage symptoms, build goals, and prepare for lasting recovery.
