Provider's Policy

Fortify Wellness works with many PPO insurance providers on an out of network basis. Our admissions team is here to make the insurance verification process clear, supportive, and stress-free.

Fortify Wellness helps clients build a strong foundation for recovery, one that supports not just healing, but long-term stability and confidence in the future. Across their three levels of outpatient care, they take the time to understand the client’s experiences, challenges, and goals so they can build a care plan that truly supports their journey. This includes integrated treatment for co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, as well as optional sober living.

Strengthen Recovery in 3 Key Areas

Each client’s treatment plan is designed for their specific recovery goals and provides clinical care, life support, and whole-person wellness.

  1. Clinical care includes evidence-based therapy, psychiatric services, and 24/7 medical support.
  2. Life support helps clients navigate job placement, housing, insurance, childcare, and more, so nothing stands in the way of recovery.
  3. Whole-person wellness supports healthier living with yoga, meditation, nutrition support, creative therapies, and optional spiritual guidance.

Receive the Right Level of Care

Fortify Wellness helps each client find the program that matches their needs today and walks beside them as those needs change. Partial hospitalization (PHP) is the highest level of care, including daily therapy, medical services, and holistic practices. Intensive outpatient (IOP) is a step down from PHP, allowing more flexibility for work, school, and family. Outpatient (OP) is the lightest level of care, providing therapy and accountability as clients transition into independent living.

Live in a Substance-Free Community

Many clients stay in sober living while attending daily or weekly programming at Fortify Wellness, including those who already have homes elsewhere in Los Angeles. Fortify Wellness partners with a wide network of sober living homes to fit each client’s needs, including their own Fortify Recovery. Sober living bridges an important gap, providing continued accountability as clients move toward full independence after treatment.
