About Epic Health Partners - Tranquility Grove
Sitting on acres of land surrounded by nature in Chatham, Tranquility Grove is a clinically managed residential treatment program that supports adult men ages 18–99 with moderate to severe substance use challenges who need daily structure but do not require medical detox. The program also serves men with co-occurring mental health needs, limited support systems, or housing instability. The residential setting provides 24-hour supervision in a recovery-focused environment.
Building Skills for Lasting Recovery
Residents follow individualized treatment plans focused on relapse prevention and recovery skills. Their routine includes group therapy, individual counseling, peer recovery support, and psychiatric care, with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) available when clinically indicated. The team helps clients transition into Epic Health Partners’ case management, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP) services to support continued care after residential treatment.
Room to Heal and Rebuild
Tranquility Grove uses a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental approach, with licensed clinicians, certified substance abuse counselors (CSACs), and peer recovery specialists supporting clients throughout treatment. Residents live in shared rooms, while some rooms have en suite bathrooms. The property also includes a pool and playground, giving residents access to shared outdoor and recreational spaces during their stay.
Center Overview

Supportive Medication for Recovery
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is an evidence-based approach that pairs FDA-approved medications with counseling to treat addiction. The medications are used to reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, or block the effects of substances. More about MAT
Methadone
Naltrexone
Buprenorphine
Note: Treatment centers offer different forms of MAT—such as oral tablets, dissolvable films, or monthly injections—and their policies can vary based on state regulations, provider preferences, and insurance coverage. Because of these differences, it's best to contact the center directly to learn what options are available and what might be right for your situation.
