In a small, home-like recovery villa in Kota Kinabalu, Eden Renewal Centre provides residential treatment for drug, alcohol, and behavioral addictions through recovery coaching and structured daily living. Their recovery coaches bring lived recovery experience and remain available 24/7 to support residents. The program treats gambling, gaming, internet and social media, pornography, sex, and shopping addictions alongside substance use disorders, with mental health support for adults and teens dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, and behavioral challenges. Residents stay in private bedrooms and a shared indoor lounge.

Build Recovery Through Routine

Eden follows a Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual approach that addresses the body, mind, relationships, and personal beliefs. The program combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), individual counseling, group therapy, emotional regulation, relapse-prevention therapy, and one-to-one coaching. Medical assessment, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and 12-Step principles add structure to daily care. Daily life at Eden Renewal Centre also includes meals designed around physical recovery, beach outings, and adventure outings that run all day on Saturdays and some Sundays, near Sabah’s mountains and coastline.
