About Crestwood Fresno Bridge Program
Crestwood Fresno Bridge is a short-term residential center for adults living with serious mental health conditions or co-occurring substance use. They help people with challenges like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. This program helps clients prepare for independent living and involves family through workshops and support.
Strengthen Daily Life Skills with Guided Support
The center uses therapies like dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and wellness recovery action planning. These approaches help clients manage emotions, heal from past trauma, and create healthy routines. Staff work closely with each person to set goals, improve daily living skills, and support long-term recovery and stability.
Recover in a Comfortable, Community-Oriented Space
Clients live in a home-like setting with shared or private rooms and shared bathrooms. Healthy meals are provided, and there are both indoor spaces for group activities and outdoor areas for relaxation. The program helps coordinate travel and offers a safe, supportive place where adults can focus on healing and preparing for more independent living.
