About COGNIFUL Mallorca
COGNIFUL provides personalized residential treatment for mental health conditions, addiction, and trauma at Finca Granada in Mallorca. With no more than 4 clients staying at a time, the program combines individual clinical care with the experience of a small, shared residence. Each client has a private suite and a treatment plan shaped around their needs, history, and goals. Private appointments, time to rest, and opportunities to connect with others form part of daily life.
Treatment Built Around Each Client
Treatment begins with an assessment to understand what brings clients to COGNIFUL and what they hope to change. Psychotherapy takes place primarily in private, 1-to-1 sessions. Medical, psychiatric, and specialist input is coordinated according to clinical needs and an agreed treatment plan. Before admission, the team explains the proposed program, the professionals involved, and the support available during the client’s stay. Continuing-care planning considers individual daily routines, relationships, work, and ongoing clinical support. For clients receiving addiction treatment, this includes planning to manage triggers and reduce the risk of relapse.
Share Daily Life in a Small, Private Residence
At Finca Granada, the suites provides a private place to rest and spend time between appointments. Meals, common spaces, and selected activities may be shared with other residents. Clinical appointments remain personal, while everyday life offers opportunities for conversation and companionship. The daily schedule balances treatment, planned activities, and personal time.
COGNIFUL is part of THE BALANCE GROUP and shares its clinical team with THE BALANCE, while operating from its own separate residence in Mallorca. Its defining feature is the combination of personalized treatment and a small residential community. The clinicians and services involved in each client’s care are determined by assessment and confirmed in the individual treatment proposal.
