About Anderson Treatment - The Twelve on Elm
As part of Anderson Treatment’s residential network, The Twelve on Elm supports individuals who need more structure than outpatient treatment alone can provide. Following a clinical assessment, the team develops individualized treatment plans based on each person’s treatment history, current needs, and recovery goals. The program provides a stable setting with counseling, case management, recovery support, and individualized treatment planning. Placement is based on an assessment of each person’s current needs, treatment history, and clinical concerns.
Building Skills for Recovery
Residents participate in individual and group counseling, case management, recovery skill development, and progress reviews. The team helps residents develop accountability, communication, healthy routines, decision-making, and relapse-prevention skills. Before residential treatment ends, the team helps residents plan for continued care. Depending on individual needs, this may include outpatient services, recovery housing, community resources, referrals, or other follow-up support.
