Relevance Recovery in Freehold, New Jersey offers an after-school intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment for adolescents 13-18 with mental health conditions like generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety disorder (SAD), major depressive disorder, persistent depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), ADHD, schizophrenia, defiance, and personality disorders. Their treatment therapies include a multidisciplinary mix of individual trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), group dialectical behavior therapy, family therapy sessions, and medication management. The goal of treatment is for clients to learn skills for healthy living at home, at school, and in their social lives.
