About Reflections Mental Health

Some methods therapists use with children and teens include therapeutic play, eye movement desensitization & reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and integrative attachment trauma protocol for children (IATP-C). In addition, the clinic owner offers therapy intensives, which are long, 3-6 hour sessions over one or multiple days. They offer both EMDR intensives and crisis or acute incident response intensives.
