This outpatient treatment center provides effective and flexible options for patients needing substance use and/or mental health treatment. The team at the Malvern location offers partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and general outpatient programs (GOP). In order to tailor their treatment to meet the needs of their patients, flexible attendance options exist with in-person care, virtual care or a hybrid of both. Recovery Centers is in network with many insurance providers making recovery possible for more people.

Outpatient care at Malvern not only includes clinical care, but medical treatment as well. Recovery Centers is happy to offer opioid treatment through take-home medication-assisted treatment. Providers at Malvern can prescribe suboxone or subutex for pregnant women to take home while receiving outpatient care. The team at Recovery Centers believes that by having this flexible option to receive medical treatment for managing cravings and withdrawals in the comfort of clients’ own homes, it helps to reduce the stigma surrounding treatment. For patients in IOP or GOP programs, they are able to choose between morning sessions and evening sessions to best accommodate their life and schedule. The teams at Malvern will also work together to ensure that their clients are receiving the right combination of therapy and medication. They offer genetic testing to help them understand which genes may affect clients’ reactions to certain medications.
