About Psynergy Nueva Vista Sacramento
Psynergy Nueva Vista Sacramento is one of two locations Psynergy Programs has in Sacramento. The campus was renovated in 2019 and continues to undergo improvements and expansion to offer more services. This facility’s primary goal is to assist residents with developing independent living skills needed to move to a less restrictive, more independent setting. Psynergy offers a range of services including assessment, treatment plan development, individual therapy, individual rehabilitation counseling, family/collateral counseling, medication support, psychiatric care, equine therapy, dual diagnosis treatment, crisis intervention, and case management.
Upon admission to the program, a clinician will complete the initial mental health assessment and level of service need evaluation with the new patient. Afterwards, the clinician will work with the patient to develop a service plan, which will include what services an individual will need to meet their treatment needs and goals.
Psynergy primarily works with individuals who are eligible through county partner programs. The list of county programs they partner with are listed on their website. Alternatively, individuals who are self-funded can admit to Psynergy.
