About Prospect House
This men-only residential program provides a safe, structured space for men overcoming drug and alcohol addiction. With a long-term, abstinence-based approach, residents receive the tools and support needed to rebuild their lives and achieve lasting sobriety. Their treatment includes 12-Step recovery, individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, and life skills training to promote long-term success.
Residents benefit from peer support, vocational assistance, and holistic therapies designed to address emotional and mental well-being. Specialized groups focus on unique challenges, such as the Black Support Group, which addresses cultural barriers in recovery, and Life After Bars, which supports men transitioning from incarceration. The Welcome Home Group helps veterans with PTSD and addiction, while the Focus Group provides relapse prevention strategies. Additional programs assist with gambling addiction and reintegration after treatment.
With its long-term residential structure, this program allows men the time and guidance needed for deep, lasting change. By combining structured therapy, peer support, and specialized groups, residents regain self-sufficiency, rebuild family relationships, and develop the skills needed to maintain sobriety and lead fulfilling, addiction-free lives.
