About Promises Five Palms
Promises Five Palms created the Providing Access To Hope program (P.A.T.H.) in order to expand their services to better care for those in need of mental health or substance use disorder treatment. Promises Five Palm’s mission is to remove barriers to treatment and create opportunities for deeper connections. They specialize in treating mental health conditions and addiction as a secondary issue. The P.A.T.H program works on a continuum of care—whether clients may be stepping down from residential treatment or looking to begin mental health or substance abuse recovery, Promises can help clients understand what option is the best for them. Promises blends evidence-based treatment with holistic therapies for a comprehensive approach. Evidence-based therapy can include individual therapy, CBT, medication therapy, trauma therapy, 12-Step facilitation, SMART Recovery, and relapse prevention. A variety of holistic therapies are offered such as art and music therapy and meditation and mindfulness. Promises Five Palm’s programs are individualized to meet the needs of the client.
