Peak Behavioral Health combines a number of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), internal family systems (IFS), eye movement desensitization and reconditioning (EMDR), and more. Peak Behavioral Health offers couples and family counseling focused on clear and helpful communication. Peak Behavioral Health further offers medication management, prescribing and managing medication doses in collaboration with clients. Children ages 6 and up can participate in both therapy and medication management.
