Your Precious Dreams

Located along Lake Erie, Your Precious Dreams treats adults with addiction, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma-related concerns, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders (SUD). They operate in downtown Cleveland at 1300 E. 9th Street and offer intensive outpatient programming (IOP) and day treatment (PHP). Clients live at home while attending treatment, and the center offers morning, afternoon, and evening IOP options for people balancing work, school, or family responsibilities.

CBT, MAT, and Psychiatric Care

They use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) based behavioral counseling, individual therapy, group therapy, and family sessions. Clinicians also provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when appropriate. Treatment can include drug testing, substance use monitoring, psychoeducation, peer support, case management, relapse-prevention planning, life-skills coaching, and discharge planning. They treat mental health and addiction together when clients have co-occurring conditions rather than separating those needs into different programs.

Continuing Care and Practical Help

Clients who need more structure than weekly outpatient therapy can attend IOP or PHP without entering residential care. After intensive treatment, Your Precious Dreams can continue providing counseling, peer groups, relapse-prevention work, and care coordination. Staff can also connect clients with housing, benefits, employment, and community resources.
