About Well Behavioral Health Williamsburg
Located near Brooklyn, New York, Well Behavioral Health is an outpatient mental health center that supports people dealing with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and more. The center offers multiple levels of care, including therapy, coaching, nutrition counseling, and intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) for adults. Their mission is to make mental health care inclusive, flexible, and personalized for every client.
Therapy That Fits Your Needs
Well Behavioral Health uses evidence-based therapies like dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and more to help clients grow and heal. Licensed therapists, skilled coaches, and registered dietitians work together to build care plans tailored to each person’s goals. Clients receive support through 1-on-1 sessions, skills coaching, and nutrition counseling with a compassionate, expert team.
Comfortable Spaces for Healing
Clients receive care in warm, welcoming outpatient settings. Therapy rooms offer privacy, while shared group spaces support community and connection. Coaching and support sessions can happen in person or virtually. The center also offers meal support and recovery coaching to help clients practice skills in real life.
The Well Equipped Teen Program is a virtual DBT-based program for teens ages 14–17 and their caregivers. It offers more support than weekly therapy with about three hours of sessions each week, including teen skills groups, individual therapy, family sessions, and phone coaching. The program helps teens and families build skills for managing emotions, improving communication, and handling stress, while teens continue with school and daily life. Available in New York and Colorado.
