True Counseling provides evidence-based care that supports both mental health and substance use needs. Weekly one-on-one therapy sessions address underlying causes of addiction and help clients build healthier coping skills, while group therapy and classes focus on education, peer support, and relapse prevention strategies. Family counseling helps keep loved ones involved in the recovery process, while timely documentation, updates, and drug and alcohol monitoring help keep court and probation professionals informed.
Recover While Balancing Work, Family, & Life
Based on clinical assessment and insurance coverage, True Counseling’s admissions team helps place each client in the intensive outpatient program (IOP) or enhanced outpatient program (EOP). Their IOP offers structure on a work-friendly schedule with sessions 3 days per week for 3 hours at a time. Their EOP meets 3–8 hours per week and can be a helpful step-down from IOP or for clients who need additional accountability to meet court or probation requirements.
Stay Strong with Ongoing Resources and Follow-Up
True Counseling helps clients transition seamlessly from IOP or EOP into ongoing outpatient therapy. Clients can continue individual therapy, attend a weekly 2-hour group session, and access peer support and connections to 12-Step and other recovery groups. Continued care is tailored to each client’s success plan, supporting their long-term mental health, relapse prevention, and recovery while helping them maintain the progress they made during structured treatment.
