About Therapy Now
Creating a path toward emotional wellness through personalized, whole-person care defines Therapy Now’s care approach. The center helps adults build emotional wellness through a blend of evidence-based therapy, mindfulness, and flexible treatment options. The center supports individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Care is tailored to fit each client’s goals, needs, and lifestyle, with both in-person and secure telehealth services that make treatment easier to access.
Flexible Support for Continued Growth
Through a range of outpatient mental health programs, Therapy Now offers outpatient treatment, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), partial care, dual diagnosis treatment, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and telehealth services. Depending each client’s needs, treatment includes individual and group therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychoeducation, skills training, crisis stabilization, and safety planning. The intensive outpatient program includes multiple weekly group sessions, individual therapy, and psychiatric support as needed, providing structured care while allowing clients to continue managing work, school, family, and other daily responsibilities.
Whole-Person Care That Builds Lasting Skills
Alongside traditional therapy, Therapy Now incorporates mindfulness, mediation, and yoga-inspired practices such as grounding, mindful movement, and breathwork to help clients manage stress and regulate their emotions. These approaches complement evidence-based therapies that help strengthen coping skills that can be used in everyday life. By combining personalized care with a flexible treatment approach, Therapy Now helps adults stay engaged in treatment, build healthier habits, and develop confidence and skills for lasting emotional well-being.
