About Taylor Care - Berlin
Located in Berlin, New Jersey, Taylor Care is a day treatment program (PHP) for adults who need more structure than weekly therapy. It serves people who are leaving a hospital, detox, or residential program, have a history of repeated crises or hospital stays, struggle to stay on their medication, or are managing both mental health and substance use disorder.
What Happens During Treatment
Taylor Care's mental health partial care program runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:25 pm. Clients may receive psychiatric and medication services from the medical staff, along with individual and group therapy built around their own goals. The center also offers anger management and court-approved evaluations. For substance use, including co-occurring disorders, Berlin runs separate intensive outpatient and outpatient tracks, with both daytime and evening group options, so people who work during the day still have a way to get treatment. Free transportation is available across the South Jersey counties Taylor Care serves, and the center coordinates care through its partnerships with Northbrook and Buttonwood behavioral health hospitals for clients who need a higher level of care.
