About Taylor Care Adult Behavioral Health - Berlin
Creating a supportive daily environment where adults and older adults can rebuild confidence, strengthen life skills, and feel more stable in everyday life, Taylor Care Berlin approaches recovery through routine, accountability, and active engagement. The program is designed for adults and older adults living with ongoing mental health challenges, co-occurring substance use concerns, repeated hospitalizations, or difficulty maintaining independence. Through a community-based partial care model, clients are encouraged to stay engaged, develop healthier habits, and work toward greater self-sufficiency.
Helping Recovery Be Consistent and Personalized
Taylor Care combines psychiatric support, medication monitoring and education, counseling groups, case management, recovery support, and life-skills program within a structured day program that encourages accountability and daily involvement. Clients participate in social skills groups, wellness education, anger management, communication-building activities, and substance recovery support that reinforce emotional regulation and everyday functioning. Separate program for younger adults and adults with developmental disabilities help care feel more relevant and approachable to individual needs and life stages.
Building Connection Through Daily Participation
Peer interaction, structured schedules, and group activities help clients build routine, strengthen social connection, and practical independent living skills in a supportive setting. Free transportation, meals, and coordinated care with residences and medical providers help reduce barriers while supporting long-term stability and continued progress beyond the program itself.
