Located in Perry County, Hazard, Kentucky, and its nearby communities. Their approach integrates medication-assisted treatment (MAT) into counseling to reduce cravings and help clients focus on treatment. Clients come 1 to 3 times per week for the first 3 month for counseling, recovery support services, and physician services.
