Case management helps patients coordinate transportation, secure stable housing, and address legal needs, while recovery planning and relapse prevention support encourage continued progress.
Peer Guidance and Telehealth Options
Through SaVida Health, patients receive peer recovery coaching alongside harm reduction resources, including Narcan (naloxone), reinforcing safety during treatment. Telehealth visits and same-day or next-day appointments make care easier to access, with office hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
