About SaVida Health - Front Royal
Meeting the needs of Warren County residents and nearby communities, SaVida Health provides evidence-driven treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions while guiding clients through every stage of recovery. As part of an established multi-state network with locations across Virginia, the clinic delivers connected care and consistent support throughout treatment.
Integrated Therapies Strengthen Patient Progress
Treatment combines FDA-approved medication-assisted treatment (MAT) including suboxone, buprenorphine, sublocade, and vivitrol with individual and group counseling. Case management helps patients navigate practical challenges, including transportation, housing, child care, and employment. SaVida Health offers intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for patients who benefit from additional structure while continuing to live at home.
Peer Guidance and Telehealth Options
Patients can access peer recovery coaching, and harm reduction resources, including Narcan (naloxone), to stay safe throughout recovery. Telehealth visits and same-day or next-day appointments make care easy to reach, with office hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Center Overview

Supportive Medication for Recovery
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is an evidence-based approach that pairs FDA-approved medications with counseling to treat addiction. The medications are used to reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, or block the effects of substances. More about MAT
Methadone
Naltrexone
Buprenorphine
Note: Treatment centers offer different forms of MAT—such as oral tablets, dissolvable films, or monthly injections—and their policies can vary based on state regulations, provider preferences, and insurance coverage. Because of these differences, it's best to contact the center directly to learn what options are available and what might be right for your situation.
