The center offers day treatment (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) services for alcohol, opioid, stimulant, benzodiazepine, and prescription drug addiction, including heroin, cocaine, and methamphetamine. Treatment begins with an assessment considering substance use history and co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Healing Mind, Body, and Spirit

Safe Harbor Recovery Center provides individual and group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), trauma-informed care, relapse-prevention education, case management, and integrated dual-diagnosis treatment. The center complements evidence-based treatment with mindfulness, yoga, fitness activities, and music therapy. After treatment, clients can continue recovery through aftercare planning, alumni support, life skills coaching, spiritual wellness programs, veteran-focused services, and Trac9 recovery monitoring.
