Rethink Mental Health
About Rethink Mental Health
Built for people seeking treatment for primary mental health conditions, Rethink Mental Health Treatment provides day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and co-occurring substance use concerns. As part of the Rebirth Treatment Centers network, the program expands the organization's behavioral healthcare services with a dedicated mental health focus. Individualized treatment plans are developed around each person's history, goals, and symptoms.
Trauma-Focused Clinical Care
Treatment begins with a clinical assessment to determine the most appropriate level of care. The clinical team combines individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric support, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), GeneSight testing, and skill-building services. Care is centered on addressing current symptoms while exploring the factors contributing to emotional distress.
Progress Through Outpatient Care
Clients receive services through outpatient therapy, IOP, or PHP based on their clinical needs. They participate in individual and group therapy sessions, practice skills introduced during treatment, and work toward healthier ways of understanding their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. When a higher level of care is needed, the program also coordinates referrals with inpatient treatment partners.
