This mental health clinic recognizes the importance of destigmatizing mental healthcare. Resource Group hires master’s level clinicians to help people recognize patterns that have led to mental un-wellness. This clinic offers private therapy sessions for anyone with mental health disorders or concerns, medication management and substance use treatment.

Substance Use Treatment

For over 30 years, Resource has been offering an immersive outpatient program which is similar to a traditional intensive outpatient program (IOP), outpatient programs and DWI/DUI education groups. These substance use programs are intended for people who have already completed treatment and have solid support through family or recovery communities.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Resource specializes in using dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) which is an effective treatment that introduces healthy coping skills for emotional and behavioral concerns. They offer a Multifamily Skills Group which is intended for adolescents and their families to learn how to use DBT skills and learn to accept their thoughts, feelings and behaviors before making changes.
