Adults can begin addiction treatment through day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), or outpatient services while Rebirth Recovery Center coordinates placement with detox and residential inpatient partners and provides step-down care through its own programs. As the flagship facility of Rebirth Treatment Centers, it treats substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health conditions through individualized treatment plans and can accommodate more than 30 clients.

Coordinated Care Across Levels

Rebirth Recovery Center develops treatment plans after learning each client's history, needs, and recovery goals. Licensed professionals provide evidence-based therapies and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid and alcohol use disorders. When clients need 24/7 clinical care or medical stabilization, the center coordinates placement with its detox and residential inpatient partners before clients return for PHP, IOP, or outpatient step-down services.

From Admission to Continued Care

Treatment begins with contact, insurance verification, a pre-assessment, clinical approval, and intake. Clients then participate in PHP, IOP, or outpatient services based on the recommended level of care. Throughout treatment, licensed professionals work with clients and their loved ones, and aftercare planning helps prepare for continued care following program completion.
