The Valley by Prosperous Health

Bringing medical leadership, clinical care, and long-term recovery support together, The Valley by Prosperous Health is an 11,000-square-foot outpatient behavioral health and medical center in Agoura Hills, California. The team works with individuals experiencing mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. Clients can access partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient treatment based on their clinical needs while staying connected to family, work, school, and community.

Support for Every Step

Treatment includes individual, group, and family therapy, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, substance use counseling, and relapse-prevention therapy. The center also offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and medical assessments. Their physician-led team coordinates behavioral health and medical services around individualized treatment plans.
